It's
time to liven up that backyard bbq or tailgate party with
some
Beer Butt Chicken!
Grab a can of your favorite
liquid, beer, apple juice, tomato juice, wine.... Drink about 1/3
of it. While you are enjoying that refreshing beverage, rub the
bird down with some butter and a few spices of your choice. Get
a little daring and add some additional seasonings to the liquid
still in the can. Set the 2/3 full can of liquid on the cooker.
Place the bird vertically on it's perch, on top of the can. Place
the cooker on the grill, over low heat, for about two hours.
